HISTORY

The Ogilvy clan lands are in Angus from before 1177 and the chief had a castle, the ‘Bonnie Hoose o’Airler’, which was destroyed in 1640 by the Campbells. The Chief of Ogilvie serves as Lord Chamberlain to the Queen.

The Ogilvy Hunting tartan is a deep green with blue and black , yellow and red.
