Do Stevens & Graham fit the carpets as well as supply them?
We can do both, although our ability to fit our carpets depends on the location. Please contact one of our advisers to see if we can cater for your needs.
What is the order process?
We have over 136 different tartan designs in our range, so there is plenty of carpets to choose from on our website. If you can’t find what you’re looking for we offer a bespoke service where we work with our clients to create a one-off design. If you’d like to order a sample, or would like to visit one of our showrooms, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
I am based overseas, can you still supply the tartan carpet?
Yes! We have provided tartan carpets for commercial and residential properties all over the world and are continuing to grow our customer base. We can also supply you with shipping prices however please bear in mind these do exclude any local taxes and charges.
How long does it take to receive my order?
From placing your order you should expect to receive your rug or carpet within 10-14 working days, however due to shipping worldwide our stock levels change regularly so you may come across your choose tartan being out of stock, if this does happen new stock takes approx 6-8 weeks to come in.
